These Usage Terms and Conditions set out the terms on which we offer you access to products and services purchased online using a web connection on "demracingsimulators.com", who's owner is DEM s.r.l. located in Borgo Maggiore - Repubblica di San Marino, in via Ca' dei Lunghi, 16. Each purchase will be governed on compliance with existing and future San Marino legal provisions, following what is stated by Law n.675/96 in terms of privacy.
Sale conditions
The Customer, after sending the order confirmation using data transmission, agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms and payment conditions towards DEM s.r.l., from now on demracingsimulators.com.
Customer commitment
These terms and conditions must be read and accepted by customers who visit demracingsimulators.com before of placing an order. Placing an order automatically implies the knowledge of sale conditions and their acceptance.
Product delivery
Products can be delivered to a courier chosen by the customer, who will the pick them at our warehouse. The customer can also choose one of the couriers DEM s.r.l. offers, who will deliver the products purchased.
Courier and delivery time may vary depend on the country on delivery. Please check them during the Checkout process.
Warranty and defective products
Products purchased on demracingsimulators.com are governed on compliance with existing and future San Marino legal provisions.
Warranty will be applied to those products with defects and/or malfunctions not visible at purchase time, only if they were used with care and respecting what is reported on the technical documentation. Warranty will not be applied in case of misuse, lack of maintenance, connection to wrong/damaged electrical cables or connection to electrical system agains regulations.
Warranty is personal and will only be applied to the original customer, as it is aimed to private customers and not to resellers etc. Mulfunctions will have to be reported in writtend form within time limits established by the law before of sending the product back; shipment must be discussed with customer care service before of sending the product.
Shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer. In case of errors during the shipment or wrong product shipped, costs will be at our expense. In any case shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer if the request will be sent 7 working days after the product was received.

Refunds and returns
Non compliance with existing San Marino legal provisions, the customer has the right to return a product within 7 working days its delivery. The right is valid for every product sold on demracingsimulators.com with the exception of software and videogames sold sealed and the opened by the customer.
The right of withdrawal applies to private customers only and its not valid for professionals, resellers etc.

DEM Racing Simulators.com will begin the re-credit procedure for the shipped back product within 14 days after the shipment, only if the product has already been received. Re-credit will be accomplished on the same credit card or bank count used for the purchase.
Shipping cost will be at the expense of the customer. demracingsimulators.com will not accept products without packaging or without shipping expenses already paid, nor products with missing parts, missing original packages, missing manuals etc or out of the time limit written in these Terms and Conditions.
